I've that directory and the files inside it, but it still doesn't work.
I've purged the package command-not-found and command-not-found-data,
installed them and installed also using --reinstall and still doesn't
work.

I got the same problem after upgrading from Hardy to Intrepid Alpha-6
(currently using beta with latest updates).

You should change the path to execute the command to: /usr/bin/firefox
This is the correct one.. and not the /usr/lib (library).

Couldn't execute
I think it would be good to have a full version of 1.10 in Hardy, it's
an LTS.. an there are a lot of nice features, that are missed for long
time...
Please make it for hardy, we still have time for testing it and fix
future problems.

deluge crashed with SIGSEGV in
I had an open terminal when this happen and just have done:
$ wget
http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/main/g/glibc/libc6_2.7-5ubuntu2_i386.deb
and after:
$ su -c dpkg -i libc6_2.7-5ubuntu2_i386.deb
And it works fine now.. :-) scared update :(
