Thanks for the work, but this patch isn't complete and can't be applied
to the ubuntu-docs branch. If you'd like to have a go at producing
another patch, feel free. The easiest way is to follow the instructions
in our playbook here:

If the current package names aren't broken so that the current
instructions work, I'd prefer to change this in the next cycle. Changing
the strings will mean that they will require re-translation so this
should be kept only to those absolutely necessary, I think.

I agree with Kenneth that adding a version number to the graphic is
undesirable. Most importantly, it's contrary to the usual branding
philosophy used in relation to the logo (i.e. that it should remain
unchanged except where there is a good reason to change it) - this is to
