After performing an upgrade from ubuntu-mate 23.10 to 24.04, upon final
reboot, there is an error message displayed indicating rpool fails to
get an encryption key (zfs key load errorl and the booting process
stops. This error has been reproduced on two different laptops both

Just thought I'd share my miser with the HP 1020 printer.
I've suddenly started having the same issues with my HP 1020.
Running MATE 19.04, with mainline 5.1.9 kernel, and HPLIP 3.19.5
I've removed and install HPLIP from scratch (multiple times), printer
works fine, but after reboot I get HPLIP
I have this bug on Ubuntu Mate 18.10. Repeated install of standard
installation with LUKS LVM on HP 14-DF0023CL. After each install, apt
autoremove deletes cryptsetup and lvm2 making computer fail to boot on
next reboot. Attempted same install on Acer One netboot with exact same
result.

I was running a dual 1920x1080 desktop display setup, and replaced one with a
