I don't know how, but this bug seems to have disappeared! It can be for
regular updates or for when I noticed the bug was gone: After installing
KDE-desktop and xfce-desktop on this computer witch had only
GNOME before.

Up to Ubuntu 9.10 I easily switch keyboard layout between the 3 layouts
I use. Now in Ubuntu 10.04 Beta1 its not that easy. Please bring back
the keyboard indicator.

It happened again!!
In spite I set the shutdown-temperature to 80 C it just went off, and I got
this message on reboot about high temperature.
This is a shame for Ubuntu, and I consider giving it up now until this bug is
