It looks like only the tables which has some rules get printed. However,
you can force the empty tables adding -t tablename, for example:
$ sudo iptables-save -t filter
The counter all looks 0:0, however.

It happened to me also up until Ubuntu 23.10. This seems fixed in 2.9.0
in Ubuntu 24.04.

according to this recent Phoronix test apache on Ubuntu 22.04 (as well as on
Debian) is several times slower than on other distros:

Just update your Ubuntu and make sure to have wpasupplicant version
2.10-6ubuntu1.
In a shell you should see:
