I think we've already found the problem. Bu there's another problem. Whoever's triaging this bug isn't reporting this to developers. Just to make it clear, the bug has to do with the change from HAL to DevKit, where DevKit isn't loading appropriate drivers. The drivers are there, and they work.

The share folder seems to be created after choosing a different GTK theme in the System Settings - Appearance - GTK Styles and Fonts configurator. The share folder contains a shell script that sets the GTK theme env vars. -- kwalletmanager creating env folder in user's home directory
