HDA sound card and Realtek ALC889A chipset.
Google told me to modify /etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base.conf and add
options snd-hda-intel model=mb31
to fix problems with the ALC889A but that didn't change

I encountered the same bug today.
When a client (Windows or Mac) connects to the samba server at some point in
time (not clearly reproducible, I guess file access or directory listing) the
'panic action' script is executed with the same output as above. The log file
tells me:

After updating from 10.10 amd64 to 11.04 beta 3 the packages cedet-contrib and
cedet-common got uninstalled and reinstalling was not possible:
Package 'cedet-common' has no installation candidate
Manual installation using the debs from lauchpad helped. See question I asked

We are using gridengine on lucid nodes, when submitting jobs using qsub all
environment variables are imported correctly from /etc/profile except
LD_LIBRARY_PATH, this variable is not present. VERY annoying bug!

After installing lucid 64 alpha 2 I added the keyboard layout German
dead acute and deleted the installed German layout. I clicked Apply
System-Wide and closed the config window. After each reboot the

3. copy gnome-mount.c.patch into gnome-mount/src and cd into the folder

Nicks suggestion is exactly the solution which would be perfect, but I
think will be very difficult to handle. Two systems which should be
independent need to cooperate. gnome-mount just executes the mount
command for any possible file system. It should not have to treat some
fs different i.e.
