only in Xmir (in glxgears approx. 300 fps). Almost all native demos work

Same problem here. Changing refresh rate by Michael's script doesn't
work. I have to change this value by CCSM every login on to Unity.

That may depends of sound card CA0106. With other sound cards it works
fine. I have tried with snd-hda-intel and everything is ok.
