as mentioned in the title the package gnome-tweaks is unable to install
on ubuntu LTS 20.04.3 several other users have experienced the same
issue, trying to install it throws a broken package error. i have tried

I suspect downloading via chrome resulted in the gzip being expanded
automatically by chrome, thereby resulting a wrong checksum.

This is the same issue for me to.. I am using Lubuntu 16.04 LTS.. I do
have a workaround which does work
One workaround until a fix is released seems to be to hit Ctrl+Alt+F1
then Ctrl+Alt+F7.
A Debian user reported that running xset dpms force off and then hitting
a key also worked.
