updates. The Skype context menu has "lost" the "Activate" option. So
when Skype is closed (no longer displayed in the launcher) and sits in
the panel on top of the screen, I can no longer get to it now. I can get

have gone stale by just sitting minimized in the launcher. When clicking
on it, nothing happens. The only way to reactivate it is by alt-tabbing
a few times or right clicking and opening a task, e.g. "compose

Also, sometimes Thunderbird gets unresponsive and only by wildly alt-

With yesterday's update, my wireless access no longer works. After re-
installing libnss3, I at least get the Network Manager back, but neither
the wired or wireless connections are being managed and won't work...
When Ubuntu boots up, there's a long pause where it sits while
and every time it leaves artifacts on the screen, other open
windows are unresponsive. I either have to kill the window I just
minimize or alt-tab a view times in order to get the window to respond
again (that doesn't always work).

This is indeed very serious and should be fixed asap. Imagine you are
working on an document, leave the application open and suspend your
machine. Then you come back and the desktop is no longer accessible
because you simply cannot see where to click. How can you try and save

Happens when trying to open an XLSX file. Even though I have worked with
XLSX files before just fine, it libreoffice now crashes when trying to
open it. I can still open other XLSX files just fine, tough.

Not sure how this happened, but I had some trouble with two XLSX files
that wouldn't open, even though other files of the same type did work
fine. Libre Office got as far as the loading screen, then quit w/o any
error message. Maybe this is related?

This still persists with today's Oneiric Beta upgrade.
Does this also affect Deja-Dup? I am asking because supposedly I should
be able to backup to Ubuntu One, but it is not listed in Deja-Dup's
storage options.
Also, does this bug affect Tomboy notes? Because I am unable to sync my
notes to Ubun
