Sorry Anupam : I did not want to pollute this complex bug-id
but I wished to point out that the problem may be an
interaction between several applications that use the system
sound notifications. I believe it...
I decided to create notifications at the same time for
several applications
This problem occurred also on my phone (krillin) in the past.
I think that from OTA-11.0 the problem has been fixed, but I am
not sure. I only remember that when the problem occurred
you might have to wait a quite long time before the main Applications
window comes up. Perhaps 30seconds to 1mn.
I'm experiencing the same issue than Anupam's one.
and also for Calendar notifications, and for me
it is since OTA-11.
After one day less or more there is no sound notifications.
I cannot know what is the reason.

Also in Krillin OTA-11 and OTA-10.1, the problem has always
occurred on the Aquaris 4.5 if many pictures stored
on a SDCard. And also in the message-app when trying to
send MMS.

I guess the issue comes from that on your phone the Date and Time is not
defined as "Automatically"
but "Manually".
I remember I had this problem until I set the Date to "Automatically". This may
help...

and "espa" for espana and a part of them and nothing was found.
Thanks
