The LVM Versicherung in Germany runs 10.000 Netbooks with Ubuntu LTS. So they
there no so technical staff with the netbooks won't see the help display. Not
to speak of all the normal users like me.

I already installed the new kernel, tried the same way it crashed before

to 2 - just before the crash.
