@Serge I did upgrade my kernels yesterday evening both on hypervisors and guests so now I'm running 3.2.0-25-generic on hosts and the same kernel version but virtual for VMs. Same problem today morning, some VMs dropped out. I'm actually using virtio everywhere. I'll try to test another one
