once I stop execution of command by Ctrl+c, access to sound control again

The problem recurs. One needs to click on the non-responding app in the
launcher and then only global menu sees it. It is a bit annoying but
doesn't happen every now and then. Also, during Skype if sharing screen,
you can't control the screen. If my friend is sharing his screen with me
I can't
I updated Natty last night and have not seen the problem reappear. Seems
fixed. Will keep you posted if it pops up again. One more bug down.
