The URL is served as application/octet-stream and not as application/pdf.
That alone would be enough to force a file save as but the site serves this
file also with a content-disposition: attachment header with always forces a

Did you notice that the problem worked fine in other Linux browsers but
not in Firefox?
comment#3 says that just changing the user Agent makes it work.

Have the same problem; when I turn on Caps Lock, both Caps Lock and Num
Lock are set; however, when the Caps Lock is truned off, the Num Lock
remains in place and cannot be turned off exept for swithcing out of VT7

drives other than the hard-drive work as they should (internal CDWriter,
