[Bug 119835] Wireless kill switch not working

Public bug reported: Platform: Asus M5200A laptop. Upgrading to Gusy and my laptop wireless light turned off. Had to reboot into windows to turn it back on. After modprobe rfkill and rfkill_input, fn-f2 (wireless hotkey) was able to turn off the wireless (hardswitch), but not reenable it. lspci
