I think the package is slapd, now source package openldap. AFAIK
openldap2.2 no longer exists - so openldap2.2 invalid/won't fix status
is probably correct.

be worked around by adding
rfkill block bluetooth
to startup applications.
Since both the gnome applet and rfkill use /dev/rfkill the applet should
pick up the disabled state still.

To clarify, the systems I tried were upgraded from maverick with OO to
natty to LO, no LO ppa used.
libreoffice-java-common seems to be a suggests on the libreoffice-writer
package in natty - so I believe not installed by default?
