This problem does also not occur when using instead kernel 3.14 in
lubuntu-14.04 or 14.10 (i.e. wifi works with bcm 4309 and 4312).
I suppose it is not a problem with the kernel 3.15, but the driver b43
may need some adaption.

further findings:
bug occurs with 3.15.0-0.1 for wifi card bcm 4312 (driver wl).
However, also no wifi with 3.15.0-0.1 in lubuntu-14.04 using bcm 4309.
Wifi works with 3.14.2 in both cases.
In both situations, network can, under 3.15.0-0.1, be accessed via
cable, though.

I understand that the process reporting the line is working just fine;
But I think that, in itself, showing the message in the log is a bug;
It is bound to be very distracting when reading the log after something went
wrong, trying to spot suspicious messages.
