Hello,
I still haven't found a solution to this problem. I was hoping that an
update of the release upgrader package would fix the problem, but this
didn't happen. And now Ubuntu tells me 13.10 is not supported anymore...
Is there any alternative to a fresh reinstall?
Thx,
VV

Hi Brian,
thanks for your answer, but I don't understand why the upgrade process
considers some packages are in a keep this version state.
When I check in Synaptic, I don't see any package in such a state...
Any idea?
Cheers,
Vivien

Hello François,
thanks for your help. I don't have any system-backup.gz neither
examples folder in /usr/share/doc/duplicity/.
So I changed the language of my session (from fr_FR.UTF-8 to
fr_FR.UTF-8) in the system preferences, and now backups are working
again.
Cheers,

Hello,
what exactly do you call your backup script? I launch duplicity with
deja-dup from the unity menu, and I don't see how to specify the locale
this way.
Thanks for your help,

Is there at least a way to know which file causes the problem?
Thanks,

my goal is not to troubleshoot baboontu either.
all i have to do is just load my simple app and compile it.
that seems too hard for such a superior os that was cleanly installed from a
fresh distro into a virgin VM.
