i got this problem too. especially when i make an open office document
in other computer and save it in shared folder (with guess user option),
and then i tried to copy the file from my computer, there is this error
message invalid arguement.

it's affected me too. first of all, i try to print a pdf file in a
custom file size, and my R230 Epson printer kind of freezing. then i
delete the printer in the printing device list. I turn it off, and then
turn it on again. Lucid auto-detected the printer and this bug came up.

I'm also have the same issue on acer aspire one d250. karmic the latest update.

Creating a wireless or DSL connection fails with Error editing connection:

ricardisimo's comment, i was willing to give it a try by installing
camera.app package from the synaptic. And the result was very good.

I experienced this after I added samba sharing service. After the
installation there was a dialogue box that asking necessity to restart
the session in order to enable sharing. once I click Restart Session,
X restart failed and I had to restart it manually.
