The default /usr/share/nginx/www/index.html file was blindly overwritten
with the 'Welcome to Nginx' one. Ubuntu 12.04, Nginx 1.1.19. This took
down a server and also meant code loss (as, unfortunately, the backup
wasn't up to date).

I can change layouts with Alt+shift but the indicator does not change,
and only when I selects He as the language. If I choose En then I cannot
change layouts at all. Is this a gnome issue can anyone confirm?

It is strange indeed. In the unlock computer password screen (after
sleep) the old Alt+Shift that I used to change layouts is strangly
working. On the other hand the super+space does not work at all. The
super key in Ubuntu does lots of thinks already (opening dash opening

It seems to work you need to copy the new compiled tzdata file (e.g.
Asia/Jerusalem) to /usr/share/zoneinfo/Asia/Tel_Aviv.
After that you have:

We suspect a bug in Ubuntu 12.04 where boot process is hanged because
‘mountall’ fails due to an HDD failure.
The issue can be easily reproduced through either of the following scenario
on Ubuntu 12.04
1. Mount a non-existing disk device node.

have a wifi connection and if I run it without a network connection, it fails

Tested with oneric beta 1, I believe that's the new compact wireless driver,
and got about the same results as before:

unload command (wluload) did not remove it so I got both driver working
which means it's useless.

That does seem related, but I can't test it right now because for some
reason the 64bit live CD refuses to load on my system, and there isn't a
32bit 3.0v on the ppa. Plus this will require full install of oneiric on my
working system which complicate things.
I will test it as soon as possible.
I got the same problem after upgrading to natty.
Got high latency problem and also the link quality is low (as reported by
iwconfig) with rt2800usb.
With rt2870sta it works fine.
Workaround: I've tried disabling power save mode and it really improves latency
issue:
iwconfig wlan0 power off
