This is the first bug, I've noticed in 12.04. In natty Alt-F10
maximized the window. This behaviour has been changed. Also I am using
Gnome 3. I can understand changing the behaviour in Unity, that's under
your purview, but why is this change affecting Gnome 3 under ubuntu as
well?

This bug is still present in Oneiric Ocelot after a clean install. When
I resume my laptop after suspend, the notification says Network
Disconnected - you are now offline. and it stays present indefinitely.
Some times it will go away if I click on it, other times, it will stay

I just upgraded from Jaunty to Karmic, I have the Atheros AR5212 chip,
after I upgraded to Karmic my wireless card did not work, I ran ifconfig
and no ath0 showed up. In Jaunty it did.
I looked in /etc/modprobe.d/madwifi.conf and there was a line:

what I meant was I commented out the line
blacklist ath5k
in /etc/modprobe.d/madwiki.conf and rebooted and now my wireless works.
previously it was uncommented and ath5k was blacklisted.
now when I run modprobe -l
$ modprobe -l | grep ath
