I have found that when I disconnect a cable that goes from the mainboard to a flash card reader (the yellow one, because there is a green one that goes to the car reader that doesn't need to be disconnected), the message dissapears. It dessapears too if I disable echi for the device. I do the

The same happened to me with Debian Lenny, and now with Ubuntu lucid. With debian I ended up disabling ehci_hcd driver, and consecuently, having low speed on USB ports. With previous versions of Debian it didn't happened, and with versions of Ubuntu prior to 2007. I think it is a kernel problem
