This bugs affecting me too. I've just upgraded directly from 13.04 to
13.10 yesterday. Saw kinda same bug for Xubuntu 13.10, is it possible to

I realize this issue after installing Ubuntu 13.04 on my Aspire 4752z.
>From 'top', the load average is showing fine but not in 'htop'. It only
show load average for 5min and 15min. Kindly refer my attached
screenshot.
Please kindly let me know what information should I gathe
I have the same problem with ubuntu 12.04 64-bit installed on my laptop
acer 5820TG when fglrx is installed.

I still have this same problem.
I've reinstall gnome-control-center-unity, but my background just black.
Changing background (wallpaper/pictures/color) from Appearance not
working at all.
