I think default THREADS=5 in /etc/default/saslauthd, after these all crash [as

me, repeatedly).
Setting this to THREADS=0 has worked around the issue (for me anyway) as it

Hi Justin,
Have you tried the latest 0.8 git? It fixed my CardDAV issue with iPhone and I
think there has been a lot of work done on the backend bits like pam.

Public bug reported:
Scenario: PC on, ADSL modem router off. Router set to give out static DNS
servers instead of from ISP.
Turn router on, router boots up and starts connecting to internet. Ubuntu Natty
/network-manager detects link comes up and requests address via DHCP. Router
gives out
Bug also effects D965GF Intel boards (Still in Natty 11.04 startup disk
creator)
However there is a solution and it is because of 'faulty' FAT32 boot sector,
the offending bits to fix are offset (from boot sector start)
1A h (Number of Heads) [this as always been correct in the things ive looked
incidently if you are using FAT16 , 1A and 1C same to fix, but its
offset 24 h instead of 40 h for the Logical Drive Number of Partition

It works fine in 10.04, 10.10 and parted magic 6.2 , and on other pc's fine.
It doesn't work on any pc running Natty.
Typical dmesg
[ 349.670030] usb 2-5: new high speed USB device using ehci_hcd and
well I fixed it like this (please not ATI flgrfx doesn't work with .39
kernel at time of writing, so if you are using it remove it otherwise
you will get errors)
1.) Add the kernel ppa and update your system:
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:kernel-ppa/ppa
sudo apt-get update
2.) Check available

Title:

Public bug reported:
If Ubuntu 10.10 x32 or x64 is NFS booted from live CD image (via PXE

surely logic dictates;
windows partition/formatting creates a filesystem to the correct standard,
grub4dos is happy with this.
dmraid/gparted/ntfs-3g/mkfs.ntfs creates a filesystem that isnt the same in
some way, if grub4dos doesn't like it.
if windows and ubuntu is happy with the latter it
its a well know problem with grep that really should be fixed.
I cannot search UTF-16 XML files which is really annoying.
