Samsung M262C M282C Series Printer connected by USB under Ubuntu 13.10
fails to print even after installing the Samsung Universal Linux Driver
V1.00.06. This appears to be a Ubuntu 13.10 problem because the printer
and the driver work fine under Centos.

I am running firefox-3.6.8 even though the bug tracker does not believe
it is available under Ubuntu.
The behavior is as if the system were waiting on one or more URLs to respond.
It works fine moch of the time, but occasionally fails with the hanging like
condition.

Firefox hangs when launched--the frame and an initial tab is displayed
but the tab never gets populated. Launching Chrome or other browser
works fine. It is likely that the problem is an unresponsive URL
accessed in the launch process, but

The report a broken website link (in Help Menu) autofills the URL and
does not allow it to be edited. If the broken website times out (and
does not load) the URL in the form points to the wrong page. The
solution is to allow the URL field

Similar experience observed with Hardy Heron 8.04.

Behavior is intermittent but frequent.
Freeze seems not to be a hangup but repeated
I have examined both the Export As PDF dialog and the Export dialog and
they do not have any check boxes for printing the presentation in Notes
or Handout format. Indeed, I would have expected such a option
selection there unless the selection were tied to the current
presentation tab selection.
