With the previous series of kernels 3.16 it was working just fine.

I tried to ./configure the package with the fix, giving the parameters
specified in the readme file, but still I'm getting no such file or
directory error. ( I did install GCC , plus the glib and d-bus libraries
as asked).
Anything else I maybe doing wrong?

I have found a fix to the problem in my case.
So it seems that in my case (see post #6), the keyboard and touchpad are
connected with ps/2 on a i8042 controller, who is not that well
supported by the kernels for quite a while (based on info I picked up
during my research, this problem exists for q

I have a vaio vgn-cs11z and after waking up from suspention, the laptop'
s keyboard doesn't work. However, a usb keyboard would work. This makes
me believe that the connection of the laptop's keyboard on the

The difference is that I didn't know how to manually get the wireless going
with iwconfig, so the way I thought was to restart gdm.

Since I've fresh installed Maverick, the scale feature doesn't work as
it should most of the time. I use "initiate window picker" -> bottom
left... and nothing happens. If I deactivate the feature and re-
activate it again, then it works again.
