Today I have been testing this again an seems that solution works fine.
I have installed more backports packages, not only linux-backports-
modules-cw-3.3-precise-generic. This are my packages:
dpkg -l | grep linux-backports
ii linux-backports-modules-cw-3.3-3.2.0-24-generic-pae 3.2.0-24.8
I have configured the System Load Indicator. After stopping it, unity-
panel-service stops consuming CPU and works fine. In classic gnome,
System Load Indicator is consuming cpu. So I think this can be a good
clue.

Hello,
I have downloaded the Intrepid Ibex Alpha5 kubuntu version, but the I
can't test the bug I reported. My zip unit is broken and I don't know
anybody who has one of them. I'm going to ask my friends for it, but I think
it won't be possible.
Thanks for your work
