If so, had you customized apparmor?
no
If so then I believe you'll need to re-apply your apparmor profile changes.
There is only /etc/apparmor.d/usr.sbin.mysqld which looks quite default

Sorry, version confusion. dahdi-dkms is 2.2.0.2~dfsg-1-ubuntu2 as posted
before. The error posted above is perhaps missleading: I created the
directory by hand. The original error was:
Loading new dahdi-2.2.0.2 DKMS files...
Error! Could not find module source directory.
Directory:
Ouch. Sorry for the noise. Everything is perfect. I had a missconfigured
/etc/dkms/framework.conf: source_tree=/usr/local/src. My fault. Forget my
comments, the package is perfect.

The bugs described by nickleus and Jessica are different issues. The difference
is simple:
The mails _are_ in the inbox folder. Nothing moved them nowhere.
Thunderbird f.e. can see them there.

squirrel mail sees them. evo not. evo is 2.26.1, ubuntu 9.04.
