While we had to migrate/change ceph mon ip's in our openstack
deployment, which is stein at the moment, we got hit by the same
problem.
We fixed it also by manually changing all db entries that required an update.

It happened again. But unfortunately I forgot before suspending to run
the commands. So I did it vice-versa. *after.txt-Files were created
during the blurry resolution and *before.txt-Files before going to
suspend with correct resolution.

I was helped on #ubuntu on irc, executing "do-release-upgrade" in bash
does the trick.

There was no feedback or error or log saying that my shell was the

Gnome Night Light is scheduled from sunset to sunrise. In the evening,
the screen color turns warmer as expected. Going to bed, the computer is
put in suspend mode. The next day, after sunrise, the warm color is
still on and stays on. Turning Gnome Night Light off (and on)
I can not confirm your workaround, because these packages were not
installed on my machine in the first place.

Since yesterday, system completely freezes up (mouse, keyboard, open terminal
etc freezing, Unity panel clock and ssh still running) shortly after login,
with fwupd using 100% CPU. Killing it doesn't do anything, but "sudo pkill
bamfdaemon" resolves the freeze-up.
I experienced the same bug. I could only scroll horizontally but not
vertically. However, when I connected the keyboard over USB 3 and not
USB 2 everything worked as expected.

Hi guys.
This bug affects my laptop as well, hud-service took a whole 2.2 GiB and
1 full core of cpu power, although i already removed many bookmarks in
Firefox (or are 30-40 still too much ...).
I'll look if i find something using valgrind, it's time to get this bug
fixed, it is already 3 years
Still happening on Ubuntu 15.04. Please fix, it doesn't look very nice..
