PS: After one day running the zeitgeist-daemon via console there is
still no CPU load. So probably enough the bug happens only after a fresh
restart. I will look into this later.

This bug seems to affect me, too. Selected text in evince isn't
highlighted and evince crashes unpredictably after text selection.
Sometimes the text is selected (no highlight, but pasting works).
Sometimes evince crashes (no highlight, text not in paste buffer).

This bug is definitely not solved. The solution using gksudo (or
something similar) is really a pain. Everytime my laptop's backlight
changes an authentication dialog is popping up. That should be solved
in a more elegant way (is it even possible without root privileges?!)

Change the keybinding of Run dialog in General Options-tab of compiz
settings manager to something else than AltF2. Don't disable it! After that,
the assigned AltF2 keybinding will work for the user-defined
