yes, i'm running the latest lucid with the empathy PPA and it still
prevents me from connecting from my windows machine. this has been
going on for a long time. i know its SUPPOSED to just ask the user for
input if you would like to reconnect to MSN Messenger, but it just does
it automatically
I'm experiencing this bug as well. I upgraded to 10.04 Alpha3 from
Karmic too. I have all the updates for lucid right now. I also have
Notification Area 2.30.0 on my menu bar, but no volume or messing

i've been frustrated with remote desktop since i upgraded to jaunty as
well. it has not yet been fixed in karmic. the issue lies with the x11
server and it has been fixed, but wont make it into karmic.
I did a fresh install of Karmic Alpha 4. I also installed cairo-dock
and vlc. vlc will not play any video file. it just closes right away.
i saw on the ubuntu forums other people said vlc wouldnt work if cairo
was installed. did any of you install cairo-dock?

requires escalated privileges like update-manager, plugging in a USB
hard disk, or even shut down the computer.

I'm not sure its exclusive to nvidia. I read a post on the ubuntu
forums that a user with an ATI video card had the same problem. can

I am able to duplicate the bug, but unable to take a screenshot. every
time i press print screen it pauses the game :)
but to summarize when using the right mouse button to mark a square with
a flag, sometimes the flag icon does not appear even though the flag
count is increased.
