Hello James, Thank you for suggesting "apt-get clean" I'm pretty sure I have run "sudo apt-get autoclean" at least twice while trying to resolve this issue. And that is the command people recommends in websites like ask Ubuntu right. But it didn't fix the problem. I just gave another try on
