asks for the configuration when you first boot), the bluetooth name
comes out as "oem-0", even though the machine had been given a name

in 12.04 is incompatiable with new nvidia drivers with older graphics

And oh I am on GeForce GT230. Just some additional info: The 3D unity
loads fine as long as i don't do anything slightly cpu intensive (like
loading a html5 video in firefox 12) and the gpu crashes and logs me off
(not shutdown but just log off). But 2D unity seems to work just fine in
the new driv
I have the same problem as everyone here, I am using the 295.33 version
seems to have solved my problem. The nouveau driver worked wonderfully
as well. My only issue with nouveau is the high fan speeds are really
annoying and power consuming. I hope to see fixed version soon.

Can confirm that for me it was caused by the clock on the top pager
updating while using the place compiz plugin, for now have removed the
clock (++rightclick remove from panel), that's stopped it
popping up. I think the problem is with place plugin though and there's
a bug report here https://bugs
that does stop the window placement/panels in full screen problems but
it makes my windows look ugly, and turns off things I use a lot like the
ring switcher compiz plugin, which is worse. for me anyway

I have the same thing with rhythmbox on the galaxy nexus. I can manually
mount it using mtpfs just fine, but the rhythmbox MTP plugin doesn't
notice that it's there.

The following three files are:
1) a test file prepared in LibreOffice 3.3.4, which uses the URW Palladio L
Roman face, attached to this comment
2) the same file exported as a PDF file from LibreOffice 3.3.4, attached to the
next comment
3) the same file exported as a PDF file from LibreOffice 3.4
The original bug report appears to have been misunderstood. The bug
report is valid, and three attachments will be added in the form of a
test file, and two PDF renderings which demonstrate the problem. The
font file in question is present on both test machines.

LibreOffice Writer 3.4.4, although it is available in LibreOffice 3.3.4.
The face is to be seen in Gnome Specimen (Specimen Font Previewer) as
URW Palladio L Roman, but not in LibreOffice. Thus documents prepared

Even if it's some kind of annoying flash-issue, there should be at least some
kind of more specific error message and epiphany should not crash at all.
