dependencies. Any attempt to use zelig fails with this error message:
no slot call in the result
Release is 9.04. r-base is version 2.8.1-1, r-cran-zelig is 3.3-1-1

I'm running Ubuntu 8.04.1 with GNOME 2.22.3, metacity 2.22.0, and
xserver-xorg-video-ati 6.8.0-1.
When gnome-terminal is in full-screen mode (F11), and I take an action
which requires gnome-keyring access (ssh with key-based authorization in
this case), GNOME locks up fully.
Problem does not occur on hardy.

Could this be an interaction of the driver with the ipv6 module? For
what it's worth, blacklisting ipv6 solved this issue for me.

I have the same problem running feisty x86_64 on a Mac Pro. 2.6.20-13.21
fails with a similar dmesg log.
When I boot this kernel and run gnome, I get Failed to initialize HAL.
Networking fails, and Suspend and Hibernate are unavailable from the
Quit dialog.
Blacklisting sbs fixes the HAL,
Rechecked after upgrade to 2.6.20-9-generic. Please see attachments.

This is not a wishlist bug. On edgy the behaviour is as expected:
* Open the Connect to Server dialog
* Select Service type Windows share
* Enter Server, Share, User Name, Name to use for connection
* Click Connect
- on edgy, the Name to use for connection appears in the Places menu
immediately

infinitive. The use of make sure with an infinitive does not conform
with standard English usage. Note that I made a suggestion that
eliminates all grammatical
I attempted to reproduce the error with --debug, but couldn't. I suspect
I was short of RAM when I encountered the original problem. Ubiquity ran
fluidly when launched as the first and only program after boot.

The partitioner appears to hang for a long time while scanning an ntfs
partition, before resizing of this partition has been requested. The
progress bar hangs at 60% during this period. Expected behaviour is for

During manual partitioning, I right-click an entry and choose Edit. I
leave the partition size unchanged, but I change the name of the mount
point from /media/hda3 to /. On closing the dialog with Ok, I get a
warning dialog titled Write previous
