I think I know what the issue was. It's basically not a hardware problem
but a usability one.
For some reason the sound volume I want doesn't save. So I have to
regularly turn on the sound. In the menu on the sidebar I accidentally
deleted the volume control. I could not find the default one in th
The tones are sometimes screatchy. can you say the notes are 'false' in
English? In dutch 'de muziek was soms vals' Not sure how to say that in
English. Unfortunately the problem wasn't totally fixed. It was perhaps
only a change in the song that made it less noticeable.

the problem is most noticeable when playing music with rhythmbox, but I
doubt it's the musicbox itself. But the sound is so bad that there's no
pleasure in playing music on my pc anymore.

On squidoo and on yahoo mail I'm not seeing the logo's as they should.
Looks like lines get mixed about or something. On squidoo it's most
images that look weird. At first I thought it was something on squidoo's
end, so I filed a bug report
