1° http://linuxwireless.org/en/users/Download
2° download extract cd - compat-wireless-2.6.tar.bz2
3° ./scripts/driver-select - select the IWL2945
4° sudo make unload - unload existing driver
5° sudo make
6° sudo make install
7° reboot

solutions! So I decided to open a new bug.
I'm using ubuntu 7.04 feisty fawn but the problem occurred also with
edgy eft (I can't remember the kernel version...).
Actual kernel: Linux xens-laptop 2.6.20-12-generic #2 SMP Sun Mar 18
