This was caused by bug 1048556 in Launchpad. While still not fixed,
we've since added a workaround for Banshee in langpack-o-matic (the
software that builds language packs) so that its translations can both
be done in Launchpad and shipped in language packs as intended.

Accepted banshee into precise-proposed. The package will build now and
be available at

few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.

No changes in interface, though.
Must be easy to solve, I think.
Had to lock version 2.4.1-3ubuntu1~hyper1+precise with Synaptic, it's okay.
