Hi! So it seems like this bug is a REALLY SIMPLE fix, and was fixed upstream. BUT this bug is in the LTS (5-year) version of Ubuntu, which I think is not ideal. How do we solve this? The bug exists for mafft and mafft-homologs and the only thing that needs change is the prefix as shown below.
