Switching to Claws brings up wrong window

Here's a movie of the problem. It's easily reproducible when the claws
window is minimized and emacs is active, as you'll see twice. Once
claws is de-minimized, then it appears to come to the front.

you are facing? This may as well be a duplicate of an already known bug.
