Unfortunately PackgeKit 0.8.x is blocked because of the missing updated
compat code in aptdaemon. So Fix committed seems to be a better state.

fail,

Might be an issue with Apt handling the dependency resolving differently in
Aptcc You use native PackageKit and not the compat-layer, right?
I cannot reproduce this with the software-installer, but the issue might only
happen when you try to update.
