First of all, there was no kde-gtk-config in Ubuntu Precise. This
package was firstly added in Ubuntu Quantal. Another package (kcm-gtk)
was in Ubuntu Precise instead.
Icon checkboxes is not set, Icon theme is not selected, GTK style
toolbar is not selected
There were no such options in kcm-gtk
They are new and they use default values at first launch.
