I tried almost everything that I found on internet connected with APIC.
But I will try it again, just a bit later.
With BIOS, I chose to load default settings in this way it turns off
most of the features on my motherboard. I even reseted it to clean
everything, like it was new.

Which BIOS options have you tried changing? Did you try the noapic and
irqpoll kernel options as well?

One more thing, I was always launching SuSE using acpi=off parameter and
tried without it and it didn't work. It hanged too.
The last info I got:

could you boot opensuse and use it gather some hardware information. please
follow the instructions at
