Solved. Now, it works. I found this instructions in the Spain Ubuntu
Page (in one forum):
Ctrl - Alt - F1, to start console,
sudo /etc/init.d/gdm stop
sudo dpkg --configure -a
startx
After that, in the terminal:
sudo apt- get install -f
Then, I say yes to the reinstall of crash
I run sudo dpkg --configure -a, but I don't have (or not know how to do
it with..) superuser privilegies.

Please open a terminal and run "dpkg --configure -a". That will fix the
issue. There is a duplicate against this for synaptic already, I close
this report.
