Closing the linux (Ubuntu) task as what appears the most sane solution
wouldn't be use an older linux kernel that supports tomoyo-tools 2.4
(which isn't going to happen) but backport a newer version of tomoyo-
tools into Precise.

tomoyo-tools-2.5 package did not arrive in time for Ubuntu 12.04 release.

Today I uploaded
FIX: Pull tomoyo-tools and libtomoyotools3 from quantal into precise.
Both binary packages (2.5.0-20120414-3) install cleanly. No backporting
required.

This bug existed on a production system, and has been repaired there by
replacing the tomoyo-tools package. Therefore running apport-collect on
that system will not reflect the presence of the bug described.
