I have the same problem, two dialogs on autologin, zero without autologin. libpam_keyring (or whatever it's called, we're all talking about the same...) works if I don't use autologin. I guess the problem is that if no password is entered, the keyring cannot be opened. That's why gdm needs to

Could you attach your /etc/pam.d/gdm-autologin to the bug? I didn't patch the Ubuntu one because it was asking for an extra password so you shouldn't get pam-keyring used at all on Ubuntu when using autologin at the moment. Are you sure you didn't change your configuration? -- libpam-keyring
