Hi, how did you start the checkbox?
Here is my recording with checkbox GUI on 14.04
And as we're going to decommission checkbox-gui and replace it with
checkbox-touch, I would like to suggest you to use the CLI version for
now.

I start Checkbox from the Dash (it is called System Testing) which is
the same of checkbox-gui.
I've found a way to scroll down: select the text and go down with the
selection, but I think that the text should resize or the scroll bar
should be shown. Anyway, thanks for your help and your job,

I can't scroll the text with the mouse wheel and the click-and-drag doesn't
work.
The text is like in the image and I can't do nothing.
