the MIR isn't approved, we still have the fallback to select another
theme in sphinx as a fallback (which I would like to avoid).

Sure, fonts-font-awesome is fine. But it needs a team bug subscriber
for the (I'm-sure-firehose-level-of) bugs it gets.
Presumably the same team that is looking after sphinx can sub to this
package too.

Well, sphinx-rtd-theme is fine enough. Will mark it and alabaster as
fix released, since they are in main.
But modernizr also needs a bug subscriber. Will leave it and fonts-
font-awesome as incomplete.
