* Merge with Debian unstable. Remaining Ubuntu changes:
- debian/control: Add Replaces: to locales, where tzdata was kept in
Dapper (must be kept until the next LTS release).
* Provides 2007 data for Hardy (LP: #152113)

Here in Brazil the president (with National Eletric System Operator
orientation) sets the start and end date of DST every year. If someone
tells me how I can maintain this information.

I Think no Marco...because some Brazilians like me use the Locale in
another language. I use my Ubuntu in English, and I also learn Japanese
and German. But its a good idea if the location is in Brazildo you
agree ?
