These packages are now available in Ocata. To install on Ubuntu 16.04:
add-apt-repository cloud-archive:ocata
apt update
apt install sahara-dashboard trove-dashboard

Thanks for looking into this, there are packages for Xenial (with a
small bug), only Trusty/cloud archive misses them.

Mitaka dashboard
Thanks for reporting this bug. This is a gap that we have in Mitaka
unfortunately. sahara and trove dashboards were split from the upstream
horizon code base in Mitaka, and the new sahara-dashboard and trove-
dashboard packages didn't get completed in time for the Mitaka release.
